We do offer exchanges for unused items. However, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving the item you wish to exchange.

Customers are responsible for the delivery charge associated with the exchange.

Once we verify the damage for refunds or confirm the item is unused for exchanges, we will proceed with the respective process.
