Sometimes packages and orders could be damaged during the delivery process. We only exchange items if only the items meet such incidents. If you find a damage on the package or the product, please make sure to contact us within 5 hours of completion of the delivery.

We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. If it is essential that the sample be exact, it is highly recommended that you request for more images of the product before placing the order. Can we return purchased goods?

What if the delivered item is damaged?
We ensure that the quality and standards are met in our products and processes. In order to achieve the standards, we conduct a quality check to ensure the products are 100% damage free prior to the shipment.
Once you receive the order, please check your items at the delivery point. Please contact us immediately if you find a damaged item via (+94)777 3939 86. You will be able to exchange it free of charge or return it, and we will provide you a complete refund via bank transfer.
How do I exchange damaged products with The Pinkish
Give us a call to (+94)777 3939 86 and pack the items in the same packaging in the original condition with labels and tags. Inform us of the product that you need to get it exchanged with. ( Please note that we will not be reserving the product to you until we receive the returning product.)
Let us know the item that you need to get it exchanged with, we will send the delivery person with the exchanging saree, please handover the returning product to the delivery person, and collect the new product.
Please inform us before sending the dress. The dress should be in original condition. Using 3rd party courier service, we will receive the dress in 2-6 working days. Please note that the courier charges of the returning dress needed to be paid by the customer.
How to Cancel an order ?
